As an Account Manager, you’ll handle the incoming flow of the Global Talent Visa applications, conduct the initial screening of candidates, and interview potentially successful ones. After closing the deal (i.e., primary payment and signing the contract), you’ll hand the client over to Talent Managers.
What you will do
Handle incoming requests;
Work with customers from the database;
Meet the sales plan;
Maintain reports and record results of communication with clients in the CRM system;
Communicate regularly with current customers;
Identify customers' needs;
Sell additional (related) services;
Generate new ideas for customer products.
More than a year in sales/accounting;
English level C1 (Advanced) and above;
Networking in the IT field;
Ability and desire to delve into business processes;
Ability to work with open sources (social media, job search websites, professional communities, etc.);
Ability to build trust and long-term cooperation with the client;
Literate speech, presentable appearance.
