Attorney - O-1 Visa

What you will do

• Navigate any challenges that may arise during the visa application process, increasing the chances of obtaining the O-1 visa successfully by our clients
• Navigate and mentor our casework team
• Provide expert guidance and strategic advice on O-1 visa eligibility, documentation requirements, and application procedures
• Review all necessary forms, petitions, and supporting documents required for the O-1 Visa application process
• Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all legal requirements

About you

• Admitted to the bar of at least one state or jurisdiction in the U.S.
• Extensive experience and expertise in O-1 visa applications, specifically O-1A category
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
• Mentoring and leadership skills
• Proficient in English
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Adaptability and flexibility to work with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Location within the United States is preferred
