Head of Engineering

What you will do

• Develop the company’s strategy for using technological resources;
• Ensure technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely;
• Evaluate and implement new systems and infrastructure;
• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals;
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency;
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes;
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance;
• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology;
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.

About you

• At least 5 years of experience and Lead/Head role experience;
• Readiness to play the role of a "playing coach"
• Fluent with full stack web development;
• Strong teamwork and a forward-thinking mindset to help drive the success of our rapidly growing startup;
• Solid understanding across all latest technologies impacting software development;
• Experience with delivery of client facing products using Node js and Google Cloud Platform;
• Experience with Agile development processes, particularly SCRUM methodology.
