Head of Finance

What you will do

Accounting and Day-to-Day Finances Tracking:

• Build and maintain the efficient management system for recurring financial operations such as invoicing and payroll, keep track of the deadlines.
• Deliver financial reports to operational and senior stakeholders to inform decision making and strategic business planning;
• Oversee, manage and keep track of the day-to-day financial operations and cash flow of the company, deliver timely insights on company performance to the management team;

Strategy and Financial Modeling:

• Work closely with the CEO on the strategic business planning, owning the Forecasting and FP&A function;
• Support the development of budgets for the company’s departments, strategic review of team’s performance and forward planning;
• Drive revenue growth and profitability improvements through deep financial analysis;
• Prepare investor reports and calculate the key business metrics.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a plus;
• 5-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis;
• Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information;
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills;
• Leadership and influencing skills, ability to build collaborative and productive relationships with our staff, clients and partners;
• Business English on at least a C1 level;
• A good eye for detail;
• A good sense of responsibility and being able to work with deadlines;
• Background of working in start-ups as a plus;
• C1 proficiency in Russian.
