What you will do
Driving the growth processes for both Immigram Full-service and Self-Service Digital Products
Identify user problems and generate hypotheses for optimising processes and problem solving
Build new processes and optimise current ones in our Product and related areas
Work closely with our Operations and Casework departments to analyse and optimise the workflow
Prioritise tasks and manage the backlog
Collect client's feedback on the product
Monitor the quality of the product
About you
Oral and written English at least a C1 level
1+ years of relevant experience (project/product management)
Ability to communicate with both technical and business teams
Experience with tools such as Miro, Figma, Notion, basic understanding of web application building principals
Experience with data visualization would be a plus
Experience with SQL & data analysis skills would be a plus
