The ideal candidate should have experience in consultative B2C or high-ticket sales, possess excellent communication skills in English, and be able to build trust with clients throughout the decision-making process. The Sales Manager should be able to work independently, manage a high volume of consultations, close ethical deals, and have a genuine passion for helping people make life-changing decisions.
