The biggest change is that I relocated to London and co-founded Lerno.AI — an AI assistant that helps B2B SaaS companies double their sales using data they already have: their conversations with customers.
At the time, I was living in Dublin and working as Director of Analytics at Playrix. It’s a great company, but Dublin felt a bit too quiet for me. I missed the energy of a bigger city — the variety of opportunities and the chance to meet people from all kinds of backgrounds. London offers all of that and more, which makes it an incredible place to be.
What attracted me most was the freedom — there’s no formal requirement to have an employer. You can work, study, build a startup, or do nothing at all — it gives you peace of mind. I had long wanted to start my own company, but in most countries it was hardly possible, as your residence permit depends on employment. The Global Talent Visa removed those constraints. You can simply move, set up your life, build your network, and focus on what you love. There are plenty of opportunities and investments here. I think London is the best startup and business hub in Europe.
Because I had the money but not the time. I was working full-time and juggling family, work, and relocation tasks. It’s difficult to find time to go through all the paperwork and forms yourself. Having someone experienced to guide you makes the whole process much faster and easier.
It all started with a chat on Telegram — a friend shared their contact with me. I scheduled a call with an Immigram manager, and we discussed my case. After reviewing it, they confirmed they could take it on, assigned me a coordinator, and we started working step by step on all the required materials.
I’d suggest looking at your experience more broadly. It might seem like you need to be some kind of genius with Nobel Prizes or million-dollar companies, but that’s not the case. Everyone has meaningful projects, measurable results, and examples of community impact in their background. You just need to highlight and present them properly — and Immigram can help you do that.
